Maeker's Sausage & Processing

Maeker's Sausage & Processing is a family-owned and operated, state-inspected business in the heart of Shiner that makes hickory-smoked sausage in small batches. Its retail market sells fresh meats along with beer, wine, liquor and other groceries.

Maeker's also offers custom slaughtering and processing for cattle, hogs, sheep and deer. Its sausage is sold in grocery stores across south-central Texas, such as Lowe's Markets, Wal-Marts and HEBs, and appears on the menus of BBQ restaurants.
